- Annually, submit and manage the innovation projects to enhance the productivity of lab efficiency and digitalization/ automation projects in central chemical lab.
- Manage and monitor new execution projects as client's/ manager's requests in chemical lab. example: new client testing programs, new development projects from global team, projects of trial evaluation on new chemical/consumable/tools ...
- Ensure that all assigned projects are completed timely and succesfully.
- Prepare and report project's status to managers regularly.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects

- 4 years of experience in R&D and at least 1 year working as project manager
- Be able to work independently and under high pressure
- Ability to manage multi-projects at the same time.
- Responsible and details minded
- Power BI & Microsoft offices skills
- English skills: Fluent in speaking and writing.
