About the job:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies. Identify and manage project risks, and create mitigation strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or rated fields.
Has experience as a Project Manager in software project management
Experience in a startup or tech company is highly preferred.
Proficiency with requirement management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Proven leadership skills, ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, a consistent track record of Project, and an obsession about the customer experience.
Relevant certification:
Project Management Professional or Scrum Master Certification
Personal Attributes:
Strong organizational and leadership skills: Manage multiple tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain an organized.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with technical teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail in gathering requirements and documenting specifications.
Project Management: Able to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet project deadlines.
