Strong Japanese language skills (N1 equivalent or native like).
Must have 5 years as a Bridge Project Manager with experience in building and leading product development teams.
Preference for candidates with experience in Japanese companies or who have studied in Japan.
Knowledge of IT field and ability to adapt to an IT environment.
Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and excellent Japanese communication skills.
Ability to coordinate across cultures effectively.
