Responsibilities:
• Tax declaration and finalization, other related tax matters (transfer pricing)
• Prepare tax planning
• Monitor and conduct costing works to as requirement of prevailing accounting rules.
• Active role in company’s Risk Management.
• Ensure compliance with tax, customs, investment regulations and labor code.
• Work with local authority and management to get approval of new project, new license…
• Tax updates
• Foresee and access the potential tax risk
• Other compulsory reports for local authority (statistic department, DPI, BOI…)
• Other works and assignments upon request by management.
