Mô Tả Công Việc Trade Marketing Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
In conjunction with Line Manager and Commercial Brand Ambassador Team, develop and execute Trade Program and Initiatives in line with brand strategy
Branding Moment management
Sales Vol commitment via Activations/ Promotion programs
Manage and take responsibility of all Trade Marketing resources including direct reports, the internal shared services team, agencies, and other associated functions
Collaborate and Work directly with Commercial Brand Ambassadors, Brand Team, and Customers, following the Line Manger’s Direction to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment
Source and Manage marketing and agencies/ suppliers or hire talent where appropriate
Manage & execute the relevant Trade Programs in ON & OFF-Trade Channel, and responsible of developing Visibility Program, following from Brand Guideline
Manage & execute TET Trade Dinner & Tet Program
FOC allocation Plan & POSM Management
Working closely with Sales Team to ensure meet the KPI per Brand Programs
Manage Report monthly and propose Commercial Proposal with Commercial mindset
Be responsible of PGs management (Mobile vs Permanent PGs).
Competitor tracking, market intelligence reports.
Support channel marketing and sales in category management and sales presentations including significant time in field
Work with key internal stakeholders (sales, finance, regional managers) and Brand Team to assist in executing brand strategy and undertaking reviews.
Fulfill any ad-hoc requests assigned by direct managers.

Good in English.
Minimum 2 years of Trade Marketing experience with international FMCG/ F&B/ Luxury industry would be a strong plus.
Commercial Mindset is a plus
Strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients.
Knowledge of wines & spirits, insights of FMCG/drinks/F&B/nightlife industry is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and flexibly; Excellent team work skills;
Organizational skills with ability to deliver a high volume of quality work;
Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas;
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
