1. PUBLIC RELATION
• Media Relationship: Maintain, propose, and manage Vietnam media lists. Organize Hanoi press briefings, press conferences, and publish press releases.

• HN Sponsorship: Choose and propose relevant and effective HN sponsorships. Work with organizers to become a member and explore opportunities.

• CBRE Representative: Arrange and amplify CBRE speakers' roles as experts in events or for media interviews.

2. COMMUNICATION PLAN / MEDIA PLANNER
• Follow media coverage.
• Study research and market insights to brainstorm and propose media angles based on the national media plan.
• Build, execute, and manage Hanoi communication/media plans (template is provided and modifiable) based on the national media plan.
3. EVENT ORGANIZER
• Update the event calendar.
• Plan, organize, and hold Hanoi events: corporate events, business line events, community social responsibility events, company year-end parties, and internal events.
