JOB PURPOSE:
Leading QA team to building, deploy and monitoring Quality system within the company to ensure meet
customer expectation with reasonable cost
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Monitor and analyze product quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans to address quality concerns.
• Train and mentor quality control inspectors and technicians.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials.
• Review customer complaints and take appropriate corrective action.
• Maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
• Prepare and present quality reports to management.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
