Responsibilities:
1. Project Management, plan and work with NOCO New Product Development Team and contract manufacturer on projects
2. Manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex designs
3. Oversee product development and testing in order to ensure completion of projects as efficiently and effectively as possible.
4. Evaluate and approve changes that substantially impact the scope, budget, or schedule of project
5. Monitor progress and performance against the project plan
6. Factory audit, materials supply and control management. Sourcing effort, quality control on new supplier and materials.
Với Mức Lương 1,200 - 1,600 USD Thì Cần Những Yêu Cầu Công Việc Gì
2. Fluent spoken and written English. Mandarin is a must.
3. Familiar with NPD/NPI development process, ODM, OEM project management, safety compliance and manufacturing process control.
