We are looking for an enthusiastic and cooperative Offline Chinese Language Assistant Teacher to join our innovative dual-teacher program team. This role requires close collaboration with a certified online Chinese teacher to deliver engaging and effective Chinese learning experiences for students (K-12/Adults). The offline teacher will support teaching, manage students, and provide essential language and cultural guidance in the classroom, ensuring seamless integration between online and offline instruction.
Deliver engaging and interactive offline Chinese lessons for students.
Collaborate with the online Chinese teacher to guide students through classroom activities, answer questions, and provide cultural context in Vietnamese.
Assist in teaching Pinyin, basic vocabulary, sentence structures, and Chinese culture through project-based learning (PBL) activities.
Monitor and assess students’ learning progress, offering encouragement and additional support as needed.
Create a fun and supportive learning environment to motivate students and boost their confidence in learning Chinese.

Fluency in Vietnamese with strong communication skills.
Prior teaching experience is preferred.

Flexibility and adaptability to handle dynamic classroom environments effectively.
