Key Responsibilities:
Algorithm Development: Design and implement computer vision algorithms for applications such as image classification, object detection, facial recognition, and image segmentation.
Model Training and Evaluation: Train, validate, and evaluate machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Data Management: Collect and preprocess image and video datasets to ensure high-quality inputs for model training; Create and maintain labeling guidelines and collaborate with teams on data annotation processes.
System Integration: Integrate computer vision models into applications and collaborate with backend and frontend teams; Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to enhance product features with computer vision capabilities
Performance Monitoring: Implement monitoring tools to track model performance post-deployment; Identify and troubleshoot issues related to data quality, model performance, and system integration.
Research and Development: Stay updated on the latest trends in computer vision and conduct research on new methodologies.
Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain documentation for algorithms and models; Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Your Skills and Experience:
Basic Qualification:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent with a focus on computer vision or machine learning.
Education:
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in computer vision or machine learning, with proven deployment in a production environment.
Experience:
Required skills:
Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and C++.
Computer Vision Libraries: Strong knowledge of libraries such as OpenCV, Dlib, and Scikit-image.
Deep Learning Frameworks: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras for developing and training models
Image Processing Techniques: Familiarity with image processing techniques, including feature detection, filtering, and augmentation
Mathematics and Algorithms:Solid understanding of linear algebra, statistics, and optimization algorithms relevant to machine learning and computer vision.
Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Git.
English language: Basic English reading comprehension and writing
Nice to have:
Experience with Java or JavaScript is a plus
Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying and scaling applications.
Familiarity with big data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Dask) for handling large datasets.
Knowledge of real-time processing and streaming frameworks (e.g., OpenVINO, TensorRT) for optimizing inference speed.
