Overview: This role is responsible for providing on-site technical support, training, and service development to enhance customer satisfaction and support business expansion across Asian.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Service & Support
• Improve customer satisfaction across all distribution channels.
• Provide hands-on service support in areas lacking local service teams.
• Manage customer complaints and coordinate resolutions with the China CQ team.
• Service Network Development
• Develop and expand the service network to align with business growth.
• Train local teams and ensure they are equipped with necessary technical knowledge on installation, usage, repair, and maintenance.
• Technical Training & Support
• Conduct technical training for sales teams and dealers.
• Ensure service personnel possess adequate knowledge and competence.
• Field Service Management
• Oversee service operations to ensure timely service and spare parts delivery.
• Manage KA projects and ensure smooth execution.
