• Answer and log all support calls into the Helpdesk System
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support (hardware, software, Internet connection) and escalate to the next level if problem cannot be resolved
• Setup and provide technical support for all computers, P+F Standard software, office and production printers and Docview stations
• Procurement and disposal of all IT related hardware and software
• Source and obtain hardware and software quotes on behalf of users
• Provide support for Windows account management and Mobile devices
• Maintain the IT Asset Management System to ensure that all assets are recorded, updated and removed when required
• Ensure daily backup completed successfully and save keeping of the backup media
• Orientation IT training for new employee and create document user guide
• Monitor Vietnam server performance and support IT SEA do maintenance for Vietnam IT equipment
• Support PIT SEA to roll-out new production application/enhancement, assists in troubleshooting and analysis, coordination between PIT and TPUs
