A newly set up manufacturing company, is looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join their team.
Technical Support
• Serve as second- or third-level technical support, working with first-level support teams to address issues related to company computers, servers, networks, and other IT devices.
• Provide hands-on assistance with IT hardware and software installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting, including servers, storage systems, client and manufacturing computers, and mobile devices.
• Assist end users in resolving technical issues with applications, hardware, and network connectivity.
Infrastructure Management
• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
• Address network performance issues, system failures, and security risks (e.g., cyber-attacks) by troubleshooting and collaborating with regional and global teams to implement effective solutions.
• Ensure continuous system uptime by conducting regular maintenance tasks such as software updates, virus scans, backup and restore operations, and disaster recovery (DR) testing.
