• Attend risk analyze meeting to highlight quality issues before starting pre-production sample (PP sample) to ensure the bulk production can be applied in practical way.
• Organize & prepare all necessary information to conduct the pre-production meeting accurately and timely to ensure all the quality issues will be highlighted to production team, Industrial Engineering, and Technical team for preventive actions before starting bulk production.
• Control quality assurance process from receiving raw materials, fabric, cutting, production, packing to minimize the inline defect percentage and material wastage by daily inspection plan.
• Control quality assurance process of sample to make sure samples will be offered on time for Buyer Approval & first-time pass.
• Follow up the order fulfillment as per the company requirements.
• Adhere to quality technical and product safety to guide the vendors as the company required.
• Resolve day-to-day quality issues, guide the factory to maintain the quality standard.
• Manage team members in Quality Assurance to maintain quality assurance standards and discipline.
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
