Mô Tả Công Việc Software Engineer Với Mức Lương 800 - 1,000 USD
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit the monthly office expense report to the Head Office
• Ensure timely preparation of bank slips and execution of transfers
• Handle tax reporting
• Prepare the office operation report
• Notify FOSCO and HANECO of any changes in salary or staff
• Report staff changes to the Department of Labour
• Renew the office license as required
• Perform HR -Related tasks such as drafting labour contracts, recruitment, etc
• Arranging travel bookings (air tickets, hotels, car rentals) for the Chief Representative, sales personnel, and Head Office staff
• Managing office facilities, including equipment and stationery
• Maintain petty cash and oversee office expenses under the Chief Representative’s supervision
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Representative
