We are seeking a skilled React Native Developer with a proven track record in mobile application development to join our team. You will be responsible for developing new features and enhancing the Smart Sales application, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences for SME sales roles. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building interfaces, integrating APIs, and delivering high-quality solutions within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Feature Development
Customer Management: Implement due/overdue tracking features tailored for SME sales roles.
Customer Management:
Services & Tools: Integrate CIC, early repayment tools, and SoftPOS onboarding solutions.
Services & Tools:
Proposal Management: Create features for lending proposals specific to SME Block sales.
Proposal Management:
API Integration
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs effectively for seamless module functionality.
Ensure robust and secure connections between the mobile application and server-side systems.
Application Optimization
Optimize the performance and responsiveness of mobile applications.
Identify and address application bugs and performance bottlenecks proactively.
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to ensure requirements are met.
Provide regular updates and documentation on project progress.
Problem Solving and Innovation
Analyze technical challenges and propose efficient solutions.
Stay updated with the latest React Native and mobile development trends to enhance application quality.

Proficient in building UI components and integrating APIs in a React Native environment.
Strong understanding of mobile application development lifecycle.

Prior experience working on applications for sales management, lending, or fintech is a plus.
Familiarity with tools such as CIC and SoftPOS is advantageous.
