The PM will be responsible for driving the project in pre-construction phase that start from reviewing the Offtaker’s documents, organizing EPC bidding to the meeting to kick off the construction stage of ROOFTOP SOLAR projects.
Responsibilities:
The PM will:
• Prepare the bidding documents and organize the EPC bidding
• Be the main contact point to arrange and join the site survey to ensure that the Company collects enough information to review the EPCs proposal and assess the risks of the project. Offtaker is the client that enter the Power Purchase Agreement with the Company.
• Make sure that the site survey as well as all of the activities on site comply with the Offtaker’s regulations and requirements.
• Take lead to evaluate the EPCs’ proposals to decide the winner. The winner is the selected EPC that will enter the Agreement with the Company to build the project.
• Review EPC quotation and negotiate to get the reasonable offer for the Company.
• Coordinate with the selected EPC, internal teams, external advisors if any, and the Offtaker to finalize the selected EPC’s design, quotation and other relevant documents to ensure that all required documents are ready to sign off the EPC Agreement.
