Direct report to Global Sustainability Advisor & matrix report to Asia Sustainability Manager.
1. Regulatory Compliance:
• Monitor and interpret evolving ESG regulations and standards across various jurisdictions
• Ensure local practices align with global ESG policies and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain compliance calendars for ESG-related reporting deadlines
2. Data Management and Analysis:
• Collect, validate, and analyze ESG-related data from various internal departments
• Prepare comprehensive reports on ESG performance metrics and key indicators
• Identify trends and potential areas of concern in ESG data
3. Risk Assessment:
• Conduct regular ESG risk assessments for local operations
• Develop mitigation strategies for identified ESG risks
• Collaborate with other departments to implement risk management measures
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure ESG compliance across all business units
• Communicate ESG requirements and best practices to relevant stakeholders
• Provide guidance and support to local teams on ESG-related matters
5. Reporting and Documentation:
