Main goal:
•Project and change management for IT and Business projects
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring project management by project office employees, participating in assessing deadlines
and volumes of work, auditing and finalizing project documentation.
• Monitoring the budget, deadlines and quality of the project.
• Informing management about the progress and status of projects.
• Participation in the preparation of documents and documentation.
• Setting tasks for teams and managing tasks.
Tracking project implementation stages and analyzing process efficiency.
• Formation and management of project documentation, including technical specifications, project
plans, status reports, and other necessary documents.
• Take a lead of implementation ERP Dynamics 365 as project manager.
• Manage the Projects according to the planning and follow the project management process
• Control finance heaths of the project
Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận Thì Cần Những Yêu Cầu Công Việc Gì
• 2-4 years of PM experience, team size 5-20 people
• Proficient in Excel, Jira, MS Project (optional)
• Experience with JP customer
• Mastered at least one project management methodology and is familiar with others (Agile/ Scrum, Waterfall...)
• Experience of at least one software development lifecycle and is familiar with others
• Experience of managing fixed price project
• Experience of monitoring project quality, risk management & EVM concept
• Master of at least one software development estimation method
• Demonstrate the ability to manage project/account complexity and size as described in Job Family
• Project management, Problem solving skills
• Software programming languages and business analysis skill are a plus
• Proactive, can do attitude
• High sense of organization and responsibility
• Interpersonal skill, able to work independently
