Role Purpose
• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance and control within the organization. Monitor quality standards, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing leadership to the QC team. Ensures that products meet the highest quality standards, maintain customer satisfaction, and comply with industry regulations.
• Monitor overall production activity to ensure the process run smoothly, efficiently, and within set guidelines to meet company objectives.
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities
1. Quality Control
• Oversee inspections of materials, products, and processes to ensure adherence to specifications and standards
• Perform detailed analysis of products at various stages of production.
• Identify defects and ensure that non-conforming products are identified and documented.
• Development, implementation, and monitoring of quality control policies, procedures, and protocols
• Ensure that all quality control processes are followed in production or service delivery
• Monitor and analyse production processes to identify areas of improvement
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve any quality issues or non-conformance.
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, FDA).
