Mô Tả Công Việc Product Marketing Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
1. Commission and subvention and dealer support (35%)
• Maintain all dealer information
• Understand/implement commission and subvention schemes
• Create monthly/quarterly/adhoc commission/subvention reports
• Provide commission/subvention data to dealer
• Monitor/remind dealer subvention payment
• Prepare and coordinate with other departments to implement new related policy/process/program/dealer
• Manage team to complete above tasks
• Defines and implements reconciliation process
• Provide solution to handle operation issue occurs
• Create, monitor, implement dealer sales performance
2. Product and process enhancement (30%)
• Driving digital transformation in the reconciliation process to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Recommend process improvement and changes to optimize non – cash loan operations and RAC.
• Monitor its performance and request for enhancement as needed
3. People development (15%)
• Build and maintain strong team.
• Supervise team member to achieve team goal.
