Key Activities:
- Generate and analyse monthly General Ledger (GL) to identify errors, and mistakes posting in compliance with Group and Local accounting standards/ guidelines.
- Prepare non-standard journal vouchers (JVs) and check standard JVs prepared by the Regional Shared Services Center (RSSC) in the respective functions. Coordinate with end-users to collect supporting documents and provide for RSSC to prepare standard JVs for GL transactions. Ensure JVs are posted in SAP correctly and timely to meet the monthly reporting deadline.
- Handle monthly allocation prepayment schedule and pending accrual.
- Check the trial balance and balance sheet accounts reconciliation prepared by RSSC; and complete the KPI or the other checklist monthly/ quarterly.
- Provide monthly GL accounts balance and prepare quarterly CAP reports to other departments when required.
- Update and maintain properly the chart of account master data (COA) linked between Group COA and VAS COA.
