The Engagement & Communication Manager will be the company’s chief communicator responsible for leading and overseeing all internal communications within the organization. This individual will work closely with the CEO’s office, Heads of Departments, and the HR Director to ensure alignment of communication strategies with organizational goals. The role is designed to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work culture, and ensure transparent, consistent, and effective communication across all levels of the company. As the key representative of the company’s communication efforts, this role will manage internal messaging, corporate announcements, employee engagement initiatives, and change management communication.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the company’s Chief Internal Communicator, leading all internal communication efforts and strategies.
• Work closely with the CEO’s office and senior leadership to ensure consistent messaging that aligns with the company's vision, goals, and culture.
• Collaborate with Heads of Departments and HR Director to drive effective communication across all organizational levels, ensuring that departmental goals are aligned with the overall company strategy.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communication strategy to engage employees, enhance transparency, and improve alignment with the company’s business objectives.
• Oversee all company-wide communication channels (e.g., Townhall, email newsletters, team briefings, etc.) to ensure clear and consistent information distribution.
