1. Credit Assessment and Analysis:
The candidate should have good understanding of credit, as per the laws of Vietnam. The candidate should evaluate financial statements and credit data to determine the risk associated with corporate clients. Assess creditworthiness by analyzing financial ratios, cash flow projections, and overall business models. Prepare comprehensive credit proposals with detailed risk analysis and recommendations for approval or rejection, knowledge over documentation, creation of various types of change over asset financed by bank.
2. Trade Finance Operations:
Process and manage trade finance instruments such as Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees, Documentary Collections, and Bills of Exchange. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and UCP (Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits) standards. Oversee issuance, amendments, and payments under trade finance instruments.
3. Client Interaction and Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their financing needs and provide tailored solutions. Advise clients on structuring trade finance deals and optimizing their working capital requirements. Act as a key point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring excellent customer service and timely support.
