We are seeking a dedicated and personable Admissions & Reception Assistant to join our team, with a primary focus on teleconsultation to engage prospective families and promote school visits. The role also involves managing the front desk, providing a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors.
Admissions & Reception Assistant job includes but not limited to the following tasks:
A. Admissions & Parent Support
Contact prospective families to introduce Brighton College Vietnam.
Identify prospective leads and engage with interested parents.
Answer general admissions-related queries and direct more complex inquiries to the appropriate team members.
