Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Advisory
• Assist Group Deputy CEO in developing and executing strategic initiatives across groupwide businesses
• Support Group Deputy CEO in the review and evaluation of subsidiaries' Annual Operating Plans (AOP), ensuring alignment with the group’s strategic goals
• Collaborate with subsidiary leadership to assess business performance, identify gaps, and recommend adjustments for optimal outcomes upon request
• Provide insights and recommendations on corporate governance, organizational transformation, and change management if needed
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
2. Corporate Governance Support
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance frameworks and best practices.
• Prepare and review board materials, policies, and charters
• Support the Deputy CEO in managing relationships with key stakeholders, including board members and regulators
3. Change Management and Transformation
• Provides advisor role to the GDCEO and Head of Subs for a variety of special projects with great organizational impact in change management, transformation and restructuring
