- Execute FC compensation payout processing, auditing, approval
- Verify documents for proper payout, and related data
- Make accounting book and compensation adjustments if needed
- Maintain FC payroll systems and related fiscal documents in compliance with applicable laws, codes, rules and regulations of Finance & Accounting, Statutory and Company’s
- Maintain records of individual earnings, deductions, and related data
- Maintain records
- In-charge to manage all FC queries and objections relating to compensation and contests if any.
- Sending payslip to Agency force.
- Update/verify bank account/Tax code and correct all before monthly payment….

• Bachelor's degree in Math / Information Technology or a related fields
Experience
• Knowledge of agency structure, hierarchy and patterns
• Working knowledge of computerized applications and procedures as applied to compensation management. Comfortable with browsers, software and operating systems
