Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Manager to join our legal team. The successful candidate will assist in managing real estate legal matters, corporate compliance and company establishment processes in Vietnam. This role requires a strong understanding of Vietnamese legal regulations, particularly in real estate and corporate law, to ensure compliance and support the company\'s operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in legal matters related to real estate development, including residential projects, land acquisitions and contractual negotiations.
