• Manage all yarn production activities in the department such as planning, coordinating and monitoring the production process to ensure product performance and quality;
• Monitor and improve the production process to optimize productivity and minimize waste;
• Control production progress, handle problems arising during the production process;
• Manage staff, production workers, provide job training during the working process;
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure product progress and quality;
• Report production status periodically to the plant director.

- University degree in engineering;
- More than 7 years of experience in Yarn, Fiber (Such as: Nylon Fiber, PET Fiber);
- Candidates who have managed the Spinning and Take-up areas are an advantage;
