1. Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions and the recruitment process of the position in charge. Experience in mass recruitment is a plus.
2. Participate in organizing employer branding activities such as career fairs / promotional activities, community outreach, office tours, etc.
3. Perform data entry according to the management request and within the responsibility. Maintain and update personnel data base efficiently
4. Responsible for signing training contract and probationary contract process. Perform administrative procedures related to the process of termination of apprenticeship and probation for employees
5. Implement the recruitment process on Workday system, ensure the accurate and up-to-date recruiting information
6. Support employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise within the responsibility
7. Prepare periodic reports and as requested
8. Other duties assigned by HR Manager.
