Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team. This role will primarily focus on talent acquisition and employer branding while also supporting key aspects of general HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Sourcing & Recruiting:
- Work with hiring managers to understand departmental hiring needs and job specifications.
- Source candidates through a variety of channels.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for a variety of roles.
Screening & Interviewing:
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to ensure qualifications align with job requirements.
- Organize and coordinate interviews between candidates and relevant department managers.
Job Offers & Onboarding:
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
