Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable professional for our pharmaceutical MNCs client to:
- Drive long-term patient access to medicines, ensuring both broad healthcare accessibility and targeted market entry for specific therapeutic areas.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for product inclusion, advocating for opportunities and mitigating risks that impact business operations.
- Proactively design alternative solutions to address policy challenges and shape a favorable market environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Map out the access environment and establish clear pathways for market entry.
Design and implement internal and external partnerships to facilitate funding, reimbursement, pricing, and negotiations, including the exploration of innovative financing models for new product launches.
Develop roadmaps for seasonal product reimbursement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams at both local and regional levels to support market access strategies, reimbursement approvals, and tender processes for new products.
Identify potential partnerships with NGOs/CSAs to create local demand and support portfolio expansion.
Establish collaborations with NGOs/CSAs for relevant healthcare projects.
Develop and execute pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies for new and existing products, optimizing tender and funding opportunities.
Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including KOLs, healthcare societies, policymakers, and payers, to drive market access initiatives.
Monitor and shape policies related to access, reimbursement, pricing, and tenders.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align priorities and resources across the portfolio.
Provide training and education on market access principles, payer strategies, and policy advocacy within the organization.
