Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
