Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions for Dynamics CE (Sales, Customer Services, Marketing – Customer Insights), ensuring that configurations align with business requirements.
Build applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps, focusing on CRM functionalities.
Adhere to best practices in Dynamics CE code development to create scalable and efficient solutions.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance CRM features across all Dynamics CRM modules.
Prepare technical specifications, manage version control, and oversee project workflows.
Facilitate workshops and proofs of concept to support solution development.

02 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and its modules, workflows, and entities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot system issues.
Experience in providing customer support or technical support for end-users.
Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other reporting/analytics tools is a plus.
Familiarity with JavaScript, C#, or Power Platform (Power Automate/PowerApps) is a plus.
Knowledge with .Net, C#.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
