● Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing goals, create and publish engaging content for key accounts
● Creative BIG IDEA – BIG CONCEPT
● Create/Pitch/Present a winning proposal
● Collaborate with BD team and Design team to plan and develop social content, style, and layout
● Lead and inspire a team of content creators to deliver innovative and impactful digital solutions; Allocate and assign tasks to team members
● Proofread and QC team outcomes
● Take part in recruiting team members, joining evaluation process and training sessions for content team
● Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital development, incorporating new ideas and techniques into our creative process
● Other assigned tasked by the Line Manager
