- Participate in NPI meetings with the production team.
- Design packaging solutions that protect and preserve products during transportation, storage, and handling.
- Develop work instructions for product packaging and manage the packaging process to ensure safety, efficiency, and attractivenes.
- Supervise and train packaging staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the production team to align packaging processes with production schedules.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with packaging schedules while assigning tasks and monitoring packaging equipment and supplies.
- Lead the resolution of packaging quality and design issues in coordination with the quality department.
- Monitor and recommend improvements in packaging processes to enhance efficiency.
- Track and analyze packaging costs to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
