Purpose of the job:
Responsible for process development, process control and process improvement of liquid cooling products. Responsibility includes process formulation, product trial production verification, production data collection and analysis, failure analysis and prevention, production efficiency and capacity improvement, etc...
Principal accountabilities/Main tasks:
- Process set-up & development of liquid cooling systems/products manufacturing, covering from the piping connection, fittings assembly, welding, backplane assembly etc, to electrical harness production that include wiring and terminal connections
- Develop shopfloor SOPs and Work Instructions (WI), and design of jigs, fixtures, and tooling as appropriate.
- Set-up & standardize testing procedures of the system/product, including pressure test, leakage test and thermal test to ensure the quality and safety compliance..
- Oversee the production & testing processes, provide on-site solutions for production issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Promote lean practices to drive continuous efficiency & cost improvement
