As a process engineer, you will analyse and optimise manufacturing and industrial processes to im-prove efficiency and reduce costs. This includes process designing, troubleshooting, process optimi-sation, process analysis, process documentation, quality control, project management, process au-tomation and quality assurance. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement pro-cess improvement initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of our organisation. - Develop, implement, and optimize welding processes (MIG, TIG, Resistance Welding, etc.). - Analyze production workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. - Monitor welding quality, conduct failure analysis, and implement corrective actions. - Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure weldability of new products. - Support troubleshooting of welding-related issues on production lines. - Ensure compliance with industry standards (AWS, ISO, etc.) and safety regulations. - Provide technical guidance and training to production staff on welding techniques. - Work with suppliers to evaluate and implement new welding materials and technologies.
