JOB PURPOSE
• To perform a range of processing/administrative activities such as reconciliation of data efficiently and accurately, investigation and escalation activities in accordance with policies and procedure.
• To process the allocated workload within the area of operation, efficiently, accurately and within the times scales and standards set out in service level agreements, service standards and performance targets, utilizing basic systems/equipment as required.
• Provide subject matter expertise (SME) and second level support for reconciliation and investigation activities.
• Support the management of the control environment, problem solving activities, process and change management initiatives, and provide training where required.
JOB RESPONSIBITIES
• Reconciliate rosters, work schedules, time, and attendance data for compliance purposes
• Operate within defined processes, policies, and guidelines.
• Manage risk and ensure compliance with legislation, internal policies, procedures & deadlines.
• Undertake quality checks to ensure offshore / onshore teams comply with reconciliation processes and procedures.
