• Working independently or in partnership alongside others to develop innovative, creative work.
• Creating a range of powerful, viable concepts and designs for each project by visual designs, motion design, concepts, and storyboards through presentations - and getting stakeholders to approve (and love) the ideas.
• Strong experience in large cross-channel and/or direct marketing initiatives across media, both online and off, and a mastery of media production and the capabilities within digital channels.
B. 40% Creative Culture Expectation
• A knack for strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution.
• Works with an internal design team to learn and share design knowledge and techniques.
• Partnering with our product, production and planning team to ensure the direction and visual presentation work together to make the concept consistent, relevant and compelling.
• Elevate our visualization pipeline through the exploration of new tools and technologies.
C. 40% Communication, Project Management & Report
• Creating roadmaps, laying down clear action plans, and managing the day-to-day execution plans of junior members by coordinating between stakeholders. Maintain a pipeline of priorities and provide weekly updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
