As part of our AI team, you will:
Collaborate with our Solution Architect, and Senior/Principal Engineer in AI team to research, develop, test, deploy, and benchmark deep learning models and AI models for Natural Language Processing and Generative AI for our AI product.
Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms for natural language understanding and generative content generation.
Assist in data collection, preprocessing, and annotation for training datasets.
Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products or develop new AI-driven products.
Write robust, clean, testable and secure code for backend APIs to allow application integration.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards and best practices.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
You are comfortable with writing code in Python and familiar with deep learning frameworks such as Pytorch, transformers, sentence-transformers.
You have hands-on experience with building datasets and training models for text classification, text embedding, and text generation tasks.
Experience with building applications that utilize vector search and vector database is a big plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in AI and machine learning.
