Authority & Responsibility:
• Download fingerprints daily and receive order from security guards and team
leader to make order for meal every working shift, flexibly adjust the quantity
according to the actual situation; make weekly menu and share it with employees;
check material, quality of meal, food and canteen hygiene daily, manage
company’s equipment and property at canteen according to the checklist; make
records and handle issues related to the meal
• Compare quantity of meals daily; make meals statement, balance the cost of
electricity and meals and make monthly payment; negotiate term of catering
contract; organize survey about quality of meal and take timely remedial actions
• Daily download data, monitor patrol schedule of security team, clarify or remind
missing points, adjust the patrol schedule to suit the company's operating
situation; make monthly payment
• Daily check cleaning at first floor area and the company's exterior, remind cleaner
to solve cleaning problem timely, make monthly payments
• Receive and transfer incoming call, record information and notify relevant
departments, implement inline with call recipt procedure AMS-05
• Welcome and instruct guests, provide and collect personal protect equipment as
