1. Responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and providing corresponding solutions.
2. Responsible for risk management and quality control in the software development process.
3. Responsible for writing corresponding documents, including but not limited to requirement specification, design document and test report, etc.
4. Participate in the optimization and improvement of the software development process to improve the team's work efficiency and product quality.
5. Support the requirements analysis, design, development and testing of automotive electronic software development projects.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer science, electronics, communication, etc.
2. 3 years of automotive electronic software development experience, familiar with C/C++, Java and other programming languages.
3. Understand AUTOSAR or other automotive electronic software standards.
4. Understand the software development process and tools, such as request management, configuration management, and defect management.
5. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with customers and team members.
6. Strong learning ability and problem-solving ability, able to quickly adapt to new technologies and work environments.
7. With automotive electronic hardware work experience and ability, as a plus.
8. Able to communicate in English, fluent in Chinese is preferred.
