Monitor flight schedules for export shipments, coordinate with airlines and related parties to secure bookings.
• Issue all relevant documents and handle any arising issues related to Air export shipments.
• Be responsible for all tasks related to export documentation.
• Communicate and coordinate with domestic customers/partners and overseas agents.
• Track and handle any issues arising during transactions with customers.
• Record and report any irregularities during the work process.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the superior.
• Detailed job responsibilities will be discussed further during the interview.
