• Seeking and assessing partners who provide all supplies, regular and irregular services for the operation of residential project to ensure quality service and reasonable costs in accordance with standards, specifications and delivery schedule.
• Allocating reasonable work for the staff, monitoring the implementation progress, checking the completion of work and reporting to the Director Board.
• Following and assessing supplier on price history and supply qualification; following all contracts, inspecting acceptance, warranty.
• Setting up the department's workflow/ target and keeping updating/ standardizing in the process of applying it.

• Experience in residential property management (advance)
