Job Profile Summary:
1. Maximize the revenue and profit by planning and executing the sales strategy and plan optimized for the selected channel account based on the regional business strategy.
2. Build a foundation for maximizing sales revenue and profit based on the trust and teamwork with the channel accounts.
Job Description:
- Deliver monthly/ quarterly Sales target via Joint Business Plan with allocated resources and coming product line-up planning.
- Budget management: control allocated budget ratio with most effective schemes, control sell-in, sell-thru, sell-out.
- Analyze the sales data, the competitor's information, handle and resolve issues.
- Co-marketing & Promotion: budget management, planning with customer, in-store promotion deployment, channel marketing, floor-salesman incentive scheme.
- Build up strong Sales Fundamentals & Scorecard for evaluation (Sales growth, Sales Forecast, In-house share, Stock supply, Credit, Payment process & Operational issues).
- Managed strong Field Force team of Retail team leaders and product specialist in assigned customer stores.
