We are a British-owned toy manufacturing company in Asia, seeking a Production Planning Manager for our Vietnam team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, with a focus on maintaining high standards and timely delivery. Experience in the toy industry is a plus. We’re looking for a flexible, detail-oriented professional with excellent Excel skills, strong communication abilities, and cross-cultural awareness. The candidate should be eager to grow within the manufacturing industry.
• Working time: Monday to Friday
• Location: Vietnam, with occasional travel required
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, materials, and
capacity.
• Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of raw
materials.
• Monitor daily production activities and adjust schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
• Analyze production data to optimize processes, reduce bottlenecks, and improve
efficiency.
• Create detailed reports and track key production metrics using advanced Excel skills.
• Liaise with departments like quality control and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
