Quality Management System Oversight
Setting up, revising, and issuing procedures related to customer standards. Providing training and guidance on quality standards, procedures, and customer requirements. Maintaining and updating procedures in the quality manual. Ensuring full application of customer standards at the factory. Preparing and following up on internal & external audit processes Coordinating with departments for customer visits and factory evaluations. Implementing quality system improvement plans. Monitor and distribute work instructions (WI) and production documents (Pdoc) to ensure compliance in both in-house production and outsourcing units (OPUs). Maintaining and updating master lists of Change Requests (CR) and following up on their implementation. Prepare monthly reports for defective materials and summarize product and process audits. Organizing meetings with managers, team leaders, and other departments to discuss quality issues or update standards and product requirements.
