About This Role
As the Project Administrator, you will report directly to the Senior Project Manager. Your role involves assisting and overseeing a range of company and inter-group projects, including but not limited to:
• Construction Projects
• Communications and Improvement Projects
You will coordinate and support all project planning aspects, from design to construction, encompassing tasks such as scheduling works, procurement, contract administration, financial management, safety protocols, and stakeholder engagement to achieve key project milestones. Effective communication with a pivotal portfolio of clients, developers, and investors is a crucial part of your responsibilities for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to Senior Project Managers to
• Support contract related administration work
• Assist project further information request within the team
• Assist prepare Colour and Material Schedule and schedule selection with client
• Document work manual
• Assist with project feasibility for clients
• Assist project tender submission
