Mô Tả Công Việc Project Manager Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
- Develop and implement construction control measures, manpower, materials, equipment plans, and the overall and detailed project plans assigned;
- Supervise and manage the progress and quality of contract execution by contractors;
- Review and inspect documents and construction organization methods, as well as the quality plans of contractors in accordance with contracts signed with the Investor;
- Supervise and manage contractors to ensure that work is carried out in accordance with key milestones and timeframes of the project;
- Manage project-related risks;
- Manage site costs; Prepare Cashflow on a weekly and monthly basis;
- Lead the process of preparing project acceptance documentation with the Investor and Supervisory Consultant;
- Participate in meetings with the Investor and Consultant;

- At least 5 years of project management experience;
- Good knowledge of interior design; experience in technical aspects, basic construction, and interior finishing at construction sites;
